Paradox Paintings
(2017-2018)
This compilation of paintings displays a transition into color, an intensification of modularity, and an investigation into themes ranging from floral motifs to mythology to dark psychological landscape. The unifying factor in these works is the development of sculptural relief, where I began breaking styrene into jagged shapes and layering them upon the surface.
